Do you want to return your product ?

Before returning a product, please contact our technical service by phone or via our online support, in order to :
- identify the failure of the product
- carry out the basic checks to avoid unnecessary returns of the product
- validate the products and modules to be returned (it is often unnecessary to return the complete product)
- validate the acceptance of return and handling by our technicians

Products must be returned under the following conditions :
- Only elements considered to be defective should be returned.
- Attach a copy of the receipt and/or invoice clearly indicating the date of purchase.
- Attach the product to the return form below, completed in full, explaining the problem encountered with the product.
- Upon receipt, any damaged or inadequately packed package will be refused. It is preferable to return the product in its original packaging, as this will protect it from damage during transport. Ixit Beeper cannot be held responsible if the product arrives damaged due to poor protection.
- If the defective product is returned to request a credit note, it must be in its original packaging in perfect condition, as well as with all its accessories in good condition, otherwise it will not be eligible for a credit note (or the various missing or damaged elements will be deducted from the credit note).
- Ixit Beeper declines all responsibility for excessive delays due to a problem with the supply of spare parts required to repair the product.
