How do I submit a warranty request?+
Click on "Submit a warranty request" at the top of this page. You'll be guided through 3 simple steps: your details, your product, then a description of the issue. It takes less than 5 minutes.
Can I contact after-sales by phone or email?+
No. To ensure fast processing and rigorous tracking, all after-sales requests are exclusively handled through the portal. This avoids information loss and guarantees a response within 72 business hours.
Is my product still under warranty?+
The legal warranty is 2 years from the purchase date for individuals. Beeper offers extended warranties on certain products.
I want to exercise my right of withdrawal (14 days).+
The right of withdrawal (14 days after receipt) is separate from technical after-sales. Please consult our withdrawal policy in our T&Cs or contact our sales team via Contact us.
I no longer have my purchase invoice, what should I do?+
You can still submit your request through our portal by selecting "I don't have an invoice". Please provide as much product information as possible to help us process your request.
How long does a return or exchange take?+
After your request is reviewed by our technical team, you will be informed of the next steps. If a product return is required, instructions will be sent to you. Once received and checked, processing (repair, exchange, or other solution) generally takes 5 to 10 business days.
Should I add photos or videos?+
It's strongly recommended. Photos or a short video allow for faster diagnosis and often avoid an unnecessary return. Formats: JPEG, PNG, MP4 (50 MB max).
I don't know my product reference.+
The reference is on the packaging, the manual or the label on the product. On the portal, you can also search by product name.
