How do I place an order ?

Once you have put your product in the shopping cart, go to the "shopping cart" icon at the top right of your screen. After clicking on the icon, a tab appears, click on « see my cart ».

You are now in your shopping cart, click on "order" then enter your personal details, your address, the choice of carrier and finally enter your payment details.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.

How do I cancel/modify my order ?

In theory, it is impossible to cancel/modify an order because as soon as you make a purchase, the process of preparing your order begins and is carried out step by step to finally be dispatched within 24 hours.

But sometimes it is still possible to cancel or change an order. If this is the case, we will do so without any problem. We advise you to contact us by telephone on 04 74 02 97 97 in order to speak directly with one of our staff. Your invoice is sent by email after your purchase. Don't forget to check your spams, maybe the email slipped in. Your invoice is also available in the "your account" area, under the heading "My order history and details".
