All orders placed from Monday to Friday are prepared and shipped within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends are prepared and shipped the following Monday.

Please note that most of the time, your orders are processed within two hours.

Products weighing less than 30 kilos are delivered within 24 to 48 working hours in normal times. For products weighing more than 30 kilos, it will take between 2 and 5 working days to receive your package.

During holiday periods, the delivery time may double.
