How long does the guarantee last ?

The duration of the guarantee can be found in the manual delivered with your product and is at least in accordance with European rules, i.e. a minimum guarantee period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase of your product. From 2021, Ixit Beeper has decided to provide an extended guarantee for the majority of products.

How do I repair my broken product ?

- If your product is still under guarantee, please consult the conditions of guarantee of a product on the following link : https://www.beeper.fr/en/beeper/16_conditions-generales-de-vente.

- If your product is not under guarantee, go to the FAQ « My product is no longer under guarantee, I want to repair it, how do I do it ? » in the "guarantee and product return" section in order to have more information on the procedure to follow.

I want to withdraw from a purchase ?

In reference to article L121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the time the product is shipped. However, if you want to exercise this right, certain conditions must be met. First of all, the product must never have been used, so it must be 100% new and complete (accessories, instructions, packaging, tools, etc.). For each defect, scratch, missing part, a discount of at least 35% will be applied to the product for repair and marketing as a second-hand product. Ixit Beeper also reserves the right to refuse a product if it does not meet the above conditions.

what are the conditions for refunding a product ?

Are transport costs included in the reimbursement ?

In the event of a refund of your product, the refund will be made only on the value of the product. As the delivery has already been made, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
